Product Design - With our European designer, we provide a comprehensive solution from idea conceptualizing to product designing, which enhances the marketability of the products – no matter they are low price items or higher value branded ones.
Upon approval of the outlook design, we proceed on 3D CAD/CAM files, to ensure that all components and ingredients can be accommodated in the unit. Possessed with the most advanced high speed equipment, we are able to present prototypes identical to final products.
Engineers - Constant collaboration with external laboratories and engineers makes us fully aware of all contemporary safety standards and regulations and to ensure no delay and risk in every project.
Quality Assurance - Our experienced team of quality controllers carries about everyspot check, incoming quality control and final inspection.
Our quality system monitors vendor management to maintain raw material suppliers, subcontractors at high level performance with constant review.
We can also provide audit report through Certified Inspection Agents at customers’ request.
